A challenging project, converting a greenhouse into a modern Farm shop and restaurant. A complete mechanical and electrical design was carried out with an interior and bespoke design for counters and the shop displays. A structural support was designed with a mezzanine floor for lighting, heating and ventilation. A modern kitchen was also designed to cater for the 80 persons. Finishes were extremely important to create something different and we worked closely with the client to achieve this unique project.
