A complete Cat B refurbishment of an existing floor broken into 7 separate units working and relocating staff so they could maintain their operations. This was a particularly challenging project working in an old dilapidated building and bringing it up to a high standard specification for 300plus staff in the city, whilst not disturbing other tenant’s and occupational staff. Each unit was carried out in phases and was stripped back completely to the shell and redesigned from mechanical and electrical to the furniture and plants. This project was delivered within time and within budget, there were many design features and we worked from start to finish with e clients project managers to ensure that there was a smooth cohesion. An acoustic floor was installed, new toilet blocks, breakout areas and a large canteen and rest area, 12 meeting rooms and the space planning to accommodate staff.
