Having worked with Seko previously it was a pleasure to be involved in their relocation and new premises fit out. As principal contractor and designer we undertook,

External works covering  signage and lighting, internally we carried out the reconfiguration of partitions and ceiling to suit a new office layout, training room and warehouse area, encompassing IT infrastructure, data, power, lighting, heating and cooling, security, decoration, tea points, floor coverings ensuring all were complaint with building control and fire safety regulations

This was a quick turnaround project with the client having to vacate their previous premises and be operational in the new building with no down time, this was achieved on time and within budget.
