A complete CAT B fit out. Due to the nature of the building shape and its under floor heating and cooling system, this made the project particularly challenging, with on site and off site planning essential. The end results were very satisfying with several bespoke features including a atrium centre piece, bars, 4 x kitchens, featured reception, feature ceiling details and lighting, offices and meeting rooms all with their own individual identity.

This high specification project was carried out within a very tight timescale (8 weeks) and delivered on time and within budget (£400k). Works were completed and handover was immediate with 400 personnel being moved in over a weekend to a fully operational office on the Monday.
